Ivo Bauermann, SAP
Ivo Bauermann is Global Vice President SAP Analytics, Head of Business Development & Global Center of Excellence. Ivo leads a global team of senior analytics advisors who help customers improve business results with solutions that integrate business intelligence, financial & business planning, machine-learning and predictive analytics.
As a member of the SAP Analytics leadership team, Ivo helps define a product strategy and vision that inspires customers, delivers technology innovation, and drives business growth. As such, Ivo was one of the key visionaries behind SAP's new Analytics Cloud solution, which was completely built from scratch and attracted more than 400 customers in only two years and continues to grow exponentially. The product is praised for its people-centric ease of use, highly visual attractiveness, and powerful performance.
Ivo has over 20 years of experience in delivering business analytics and finance transformation to customers globally in various roles at SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Peoplesoft, Price Waterhouse, and Ernst & Young. He consults with senior leaders on the positive business impact of technology innovations in Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Predictive Analytics.
Ivo holds a degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Chris Burns, Newcastle University
Chris is a BASIS and SAP Technical Leader with almost 18 years’ experience with SAP, ranging from SAP R/3 3.1H to SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8, SAP HANA 12, and SAP Fiori, with such stopovers as SAP BW, SRM, CRM, PI, and Portal along the way. He is the Corporate Systems Technical Manager at Newcastle University, responsible for the technical well-being of all SAP systems.
Chris has hands-on, architectural, and leadership experience in many SAP projects including upgrades, patching, migrations, Unicode conversions, E-Enablement initiatives, and other user-empowering projects leveraging SAP technology. He is a keen evangelist of SAP technology, UX, and driving value from SAP investment.
Chris is an active speaker on SAP technical topics and has delivered many sessions in conferences and UG meetings.
Christophe Decamps, Expertum
Christophe Decamps is an experienced SAP security consultant at Expertum with a key focus in SAP HANA Security. He has worked on multiple SAP ECC and BW authorizations projects. Christophe’s expertise is in authorizations review, risk clean-up, implementation and support of authorizations concepts. During the past years, he has specialized in SAP HANA security and authorizations. He advises customers from different industries on SAP HANA security best practices and performs authorizations implementations.
Deb Donohoe, Enowa
Deb Donohoe is a Sr. SAP Technology Consultant with Enowa providing focus in Basis Administration, Security Administration, and Solution Manager. With over 20 years in IT and more than half working specifically in the SAP space, she has a broad understanding of technology concepts as well as business processes and corporate cultures. Deb’s roles have included day to day administration of networks, servers, databases, SAP systems, SAP security, Network security, as well as team lead or participant in new installs, upgrades, rollouts, and migrations. She’s been fortunate to work on SAP NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA stacks, Solution Manager, R3/ERP/ECC, BW/BI, EP, PI/XI SLD, BSI Tax Factory, Vertex, RWD, MS Server, MSSQL, Oracle, Linux, and HANA. Deb holds a M.S. degree in Computer Information Systems and a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Cum Laude as well as ITIL, CNA, and A+ certifications.
Oliver Frick, SAP SE
Oliver Frick is a product manager at SAP SE and oversees the product strategy and roadmap for SAP CRM solutions. He is also the chief product owner of SAP S/4HANA CRM. In his 19 years at SAP, Oliver has worked with several teams, including research to development, customer support, e-business, mobile, and HANA-based analytics. Oliver holds a PhD in informatics from KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) and has numerous patents in e-Business.
Matt Harwood, Turnkey Consulting
Matt works as an analyst in SAP security and GRC at Turnkey. He joined the graduate programme in October 2015 following the successful completion of an MSc in Risk Analysis at King’s College London. He was involved in the first live implementation of SAP S/4HANA in the United Kingdom and has worked for several blue-chip clients in his short time at Turnkey on a wide variety of projects including security design, SoD monitoring, and ruleset remediation.
Dr. Heiko Hecht, IBIS America
Dr. Heiko Hecht is President of IBIS America LLC and responsible for the collaboration with SAP and the roll out of the RBPD (Reverse Business Process Documentation) content in the US. He has the hands-on experience to jumpstart SAP Solution Manager projects with Solution Documentation Assistant (SDA) and the RBPD content provided with Solution Manager 7.1, system upgrade, consolidation and harmonization as well as GRC projects. Prior to joining IBIS America, Heiko worked for 10 years for IBIS Prof Thome AG in Wuerzburg, Germany and was directly involved with the development of RBE Plus, SAP Solution Manager, ByD and other offerings of IBIS and its partners. Heiko’s functional areas of expertise are: Finance, BW, HR, Solution Manager and GRC.

Patrick Hey is the Head of Customer Engagement and Commerce at SYCOR Group and has more than 16 years’ experience in SAP E-Commerce solutions, e.g., SAP Hybris or SAP Web Channel. After receiving a degree in commercial information technology in Germany, he began his career designing and implementing solutions for a variety of web-based business applications. Today he is responsible for all SAP Hybris related activities at SYCOR Group and helps companies manage their digital transformation.
Dr. Ahmed Hezzah, Accenture
Dr. Ahmed Hezzah is a Senior Manager at Accenture with deep experience in SAP and CRM project management. He has a strong focus on marketing, sales and analytics, as well as deep expertise in testing, deployment, migration and offshore delivery. In the last 13 years, he has been managing large and complex SAP implementations and global rollouts for a number of clients across industries and has gained a long experience with offshore delivery. Ahmed holds a PhD in computer science, a PMP certification and an SAP certification in Analytical CRM.
Kurt Hollis, Deloitte
Kurt Hollis is a manager at Deloitte Consulting, LLP in the SAP Solutions Network located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kurt has 16 years of experience with SAP products along with an SAP NetWeaver 7.0 Associate Certification and has performed expert consulting for SAP clients for over 12 of those years, 4 years as employee of Deloitte, and 10 years as employee of SAP Americas, and 2 years in a Big Pharma organization. A primary focus of Kurt’s specialty is with SAP HANA Systems performing administration, operations, and monitoring of several HANA systems. This includes SAP HANA environments based on HP, IBM, Dell, and Hitachi appliance platforms. These systems have been integrated with Business Objects platforms, Business Objects data services, SLTC servers, and many other tools and interfaces. An upgrade/migration of BW 7.30 to BW on HANA has also been performed successfully.
