Ivo Bauermann is Global Vice President SAP Analytics, Head of Business Development & Global Center of Excellence. Ivo leads a global team of senior analytics advisors who help customers improve business results with solutions that integrate business intelligence, financial & business planning, machine-learning and predictive analytics.
As a member of the SAP Analytics leadership team, Ivo helps define a product strategy and vision that inspires customers, delivers technology innovation, and drives business growth. As such, Ivo was one of the key visionaries behind SAP's new Analytics Cloud solution, which was completely built from scratch and attracted more than 400 customers in only two years and continues to grow exponentially. The product is praised for its people-centric ease of use, highly visual attractiveness, and powerful performance.
Ivo has over 20 years of experience in delivering business analytics and finance transformation to customers globally in various roles at SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Peoplesoft, Price Waterhouse, and Ernst & Young. He consults with senior leaders on the positive business impact of technology innovations in Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Predictive Analytics.
Ivo holds a degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Magnus Clementson is Senior Director, SAP Hybris CoE EMEA. He brings more than 15 years’ Customer Engagement and Contact Center experience to his current role where he is responsible for the SAP Hybris Service Strategy & Business Development in EMEA. Prior to joining SAP, Magnus held executive positions in global top 50 Network and Communication companies.

Vasudevan is an SAP BASIS professional with Deloitte Consulting with close to 3 years of experience in SAP mobility-related products like SAP Fiori, SAP Screen Personas, and SAP SMP. He is also an expert dealing with CRM Collaboration tools like SAP JAM and responsible for carrying out integrations with SAP JAM and SAP On premise and cloud systems. He has worked on various projects for Deloitte in the SAP S/4HANA space, SAP mobility, SAP CRM, SRM, SCM, etc.. Vasudevan has carried out Deloitte’s first implementation of SAP S/4HANA on cloud involving SAP mobility products like SAP Fiori. He has also been a speaker at the SAP CRM SAPinsider conferences in the US and EMEA delivering sessions on Mobility products like SAP Fiori and SAP JAM. He is adept at handling databases like SAP HANA and MS SQL. He has immense experience in upgrades and migration projects and has carried out conversion to SAP S/4HANA from Business Suite systems. Vasu belongs to a team called SNET within Deloitte.
Oliver Frick, SAP SE
Oliver Frick is a product manager at SAP SE and oversees the product strategy and roadmap for SAP CRM solutions. He is also the chief product owner of SAP S/4HANA CRM. In his 19 years at SAP, Oliver has worked with several teams, including research to development, customer support, e-business, mobile, and HANA-based analytics. Oliver holds a PhD in informatics from KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) and has numerous patents in e-Business.
Matt Harwood, Turnkey Consulting
Matt works as an analyst in SAP security and GRC at Turnkey. He joined the graduate programme in October 2015 following the successful completion of an MSc in Risk Analysis at King’s College London. He was involved in the first live implementation of SAP S/4HANA in the United Kingdom and has worked for several blue-chip clients in his short time at Turnkey on a wide variety of projects including security design, SoD monitoring, and ruleset remediation.
Patrick Hey, SYCOR
Patrick Hey is the Head of Customer Engagement and Commerce at SYCOR Group and has more than 16 years’ experience in SAP E-Commerce solutions, e.g., SAP Hybris or SAP Web Channel. After receiving a degree in commercial information technology in Germany, he began his career designing and implementing solutions for a variety of web-based business applications. Today he is responsible for all SAP Hybris related activities at SYCOR Group and helps companies manage their digital transformation.

Dr. Ahmed Hezzah is a Senior Manager at Accenture with deep experience in SAP and CRM project management. He has a strong focus on marketing, sales and analytics, as well as deep expertise in testing, deployment, migration and offshore delivery. In the last 13 years, he has been managing large and complex SAP implementations and global rollouts for a number of clients across industries and has gained a long experience with offshore delivery. Ahmed holds a PhD in computer science, a PMP certification and an SAP certification in Analytical CRM.
John Krakowski, SAP America
John Krakowski is currently an SAP senior product manager for SAP Solution Manager with the Solution Management for Application Lifecycle Management team, responsible for the roll-in and roll-out of this strategic SAP product. He has been an employee of SAP for 15 years and has been actively involved with the SAP Solution Manager platform since 2001.

Christian Matz is a Senior SAP Solution Architect and the CTO at ECENTA AG. He has over 20 years of SAP experience, completing many successful projects across different industries in the areas of Marketing, Sales, and Service. Having a background in consulting as well as SAP standard development, he has been providing technical and functional expertise on his projects, many times in a leadership capacity. In doing so, Christian supported many customers worldwide in building reliable SAP CRM and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer solutions, as part of their overall SAP system landscape.

His 28-year career in the software industry consists of founding a startup, IT consulting, and development and product management roles in the US and Europe. Originally from Ireland, Fergus is based in the South of France.

Lynn Samuel, Product Director within Cloud for Customer at SAP; works in the Cloud for Customer product solution team specialising in the areas of Cloud for Customer reporting and Cloud for Service. Lynn has been working at SAP for almost 14 years, initially as a supply chain specialist with Business Objects working in the Analytic Applications area and latterly for the last 2 years working with the Cloud for Customer team.

Seema Thomas is director of CRM rapid deployment solutions at SAP Labs. She is responsible for solution management, sales provision and services for the CRM portfolio of rapid deployment solutions. Before this role she was global program manager in the Services COO team and managed Global Programs for sales process improvements, sales force efficiency and sales productivity. Prior to joining SAP, Seema worked at Intelligroup Inc. and held various management positions. In addition, Seema is an adjunct professor at Villanova University.
