Vasudevan is an SAP BASIS professional with Deloitte Consulting with close to 3 years of experience in SAP mobility-related products like SAP Fiori, SAP Screen Personas, and SAP SMP. He is also an expert dealing with CRM Collaboration tools like SAP JAM and responsible for carrying out integrations with SAP JAM and SAP On premise and cloud systems. He has been a key member of the EMEA CRM community for nearly 15 years, in a number of different positions, providing him with a wide exposure to the different aspects of customer engagements. Dr. Volker Hildebrand is the Global Vice President of Strategy at SAP Hybris; he is responsible for the future direction of the SAP Hybris Customer Engagement & Commerce solution portfolio. Volker has more than two decades of experience in the CRM and eCommerce space and held various leadership positions in sales, product management, business development, product strategy, product marketing, and solution management at SAP and SAP Markets. Prior to joining SAP, Volker was a professor for Marketing and had his own consulting business helping companies better engage with their customers. He has been an early evangelist of customer experience and customer engagement and is a widely recognized expert, thought leader, researcher, author, and keynote speaker. Volker has a Ph.D. in Business Economics and was a pioneer in CRM and e-commerce research. Volker has written more than 100 articles & blogs and published five books; his latest book “The Customer Experience Edge” was published by McGraw Hill.

Seema Thomas is director of CRM rapid deployment solutions at SAP Labs. She is responsible for solution management, sales provision and services for the CRM portfolio of rapid deployment solutions. Before this role she was global program manager in the Services COO team and managed Global Programs for sales process improvements, sales force efficiency and sales productivity. Prior to joining SAP, Seema worked at Intelligroup Inc. and held various management positions. In addition, Seema is an adjunct professor at Villanova University.
