Chris Burns, Newcastle University

Chris is a BASIS and SAP Technical Leader with almost 18 years’ experience with SAP, ranging from SAP R/3 3.1H to SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8, SAP HANA 12, and SAP Fiori, with such stopovers as SAP BW, SRM, CRM, PI, and Portal along the way. He is the Corporate Systems Technical Manager at Newcastle University, responsible for the technical well-being of all SAP systems. Scott Cairncross, TruQua Enterprises

Scott Cairncross is a Partner Principal and co-founder of TruQua Enterprises, an SAP Analytics software development and services company based in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to starting TruQua, Scott was a Senior Director of the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Regional Implementation Group (RIG) in the Americas. As a part of his management role at SAP, Scott led various product launches (ramp up), as well as other strategic initiatives. Kurt Hollis, Deloitte
