Alex is co-founder and Consulting Director for Turnkey Consulting, the leading provider of security and GRC solutions for customers running SAP. Alex has worked with some of the world’s most complex organisations, helping them to develop solutions to challenges around cyber security, data privacy, multi-tenancy, and automation. Most recently, Alex has been working on SAP HANA, including the first live implementation of SAP S4/HANA Finance in the UK.
Ivo currently heads up the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and the SAP ERP Financials. Ivo has over 15 years of experience in delivering finance transformation to customers globally in various roles at SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Peoplesoft, Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young. He consults with senior leaders on the business impact of technology innovations in Analytics, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), ERP Financials and Business Intelligence. Experience includes Corporate Finance, M&A, business valuations, financial planning & analysis, finnancial close, financial and management accounting, profitability and cost management, strategy management, and predictive modeling and simulation. Ivo holds a degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Thack Brown is General Manager and Global Head for SAP’s Line of Business Finance. In this capacity, he is responsible for the full suite of SAPs solutions for the Office of the CFO.
Thack has held several roles at SAP, most recently as the Head of Consulting Services for the US. In this role, he was responsible for the Sales and Delivery teams managing the implementation, adoption and value realization of SAP's products.
Prior to his time in consulting, he was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for SAP Americas. In this role, he was responsible for industry and solutions, value engineering, sales operations, and the GCO University program (formerly SAP® Sales University), as well as audit and private equity business development, ensuring operational excellence through service efficiency and effectiveness.
Previously, Thack was COO for SAP Latin America and the Caribbean. Thack started with SAP in 2008. He was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Latin America and the Caribbean, successfully managing control and compliance policies with the transparency needed to achieve top business results.
Julie Ford is a Senior Member of the Customer Advisory Group with a Masters Degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and more than 13 years experience as an architect in SAP Security, Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Information Assurance. Julie is accustomed to working in global fast paced, high volume environments working with local and offshore resources, complex landscapes, and integration issues. Leveraging a wide-range of talents in computer technology, staff leadership, federal audit, and regulatory compliance, Julie provides a solid foundation to address all aspects of information systems across all platform types, project requirements, and business needs. Julie has worked with multiple GRC implementations, security redesigns, and audit remediation. She is an SAP TechEd & dCode speaker and an expert in the area of Cybersecurity for SAP.
Thomas Frénéhard is a Solution Expert in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Solution Management team. His particular responsibility is with SAP Risk Management.
Thomas's other functional areas of focus are in Internal Control and Compliance Management and Audit Management.
Jan Gardiner, CPA, is a Senior Director in GRC Solutions at SAP Labs, LLC. She is the solution owner of SAP Process Control for compliance and control management, responsible for product direction and go-to-market activities. She has been involved with compliance software at SAP for over 10 years and has worked closely with customers in a variety of industries and geographies.
Tim Goossens is SAP GRC manager and SOx Officer for Omega Pharma. His main responsibility is keeping Omega Pharma SOx compliant regarding SAP User Access Risks and SAP Change management. He started working with SAP in 2005 and is a certified consultant in the logistic modules. Since 2010 he is also specialized in authorizations.
Chris Hallenbeck is the head of SAP Database & Data Management Sales in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA). In this role, he works closely with customers across the region to drive their innovation and competitive advantage in this digital era.
Chris joined SAP in 2012 as the global head of HANA Solution Management and quickly rose to Global VP of Database & Technology (now Database & Data Management), leading the company’s product strategy and go-to-market in this area before taking on his current role as a member of the SAP EMEA regional leadership team.
Chris has more than twenty experience in business technology. Prior to joining SAP, he was CTO of ZoomSystems, a developer of machine to machine software for retailers. He was also VP of Products for DemandTec, one of the first successful big data cloud companies (subsequently acquired by IBM) and lead for the global center of excellence for Siebel System’s order management division after they acquired OnLink Technologies, a start-up Chris helped to build.
Michael Heckner is a Senior Director at SAP's Center of Excellence for GRC solutions. He has over 19 years of experience in enterprise business solutions. During his career, he has repeatedly explored how software can help address complex business requirements. For more than 7 years, Michael has worked with many global organizations to chart their course to corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and compliance - both, in the Americas as well as in Europe.
Kurt Hollis is a manager at Deloitte Consulting, LLP in the SAP Solutions Network located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kurt has 16 years of experience with SAP products along with an SAP NetWeaver 7.0 Associate Certification and has performed expert consulting for SAP clients for over 12 of those years, 4 years as employee of Deloitte, and 10 years as employee of SAP Americas, and 2 years in a Big Pharma organization. A primary focus of Kurt’s specialty is with SAP HANA Systems performing administration, operations, and monitoring of several HANA systems. This includes SAP HANA environments based on HP, IBM, Dell, and Hitachi appliance platforms. These systems have been integrated with Business Objects platforms, Business Objects data services, SLTC servers, and many other tools and interfaces. An upgrade/migration of BW 7.30 to BW on HANA has also been performed successfully.
Vicky Howarth is SAP GRC Manager for United Utilities, who are the largest supplier of water and wastewater services in the North West of England. Vicky joined United Utilities in 1994 and qualified as a Management Accountant in 1998. Prior to managing the development of SAP GRC within the SAP Centre of Expertise, Vicky led the introduction of GRC Access and Process Controls in June 2013 and has held various other positions in Finance over the last 20 years.
Ralf has more than 20 years’ experience in SAP security services and SAP software development. Ralf specializes in the in the security analysis and auditing of complex SAP system landscapes and has advised numerous companies across the world on various SAP security and compliance initiatives, including: SAP Security Threat Detection, SAP compliance projects, SAP security and hardening concepts, SAP authorization projects, etc.
Jayne Landry leads Business Intelligence at SAP, responsible for delivering enterprise business intelligence and agile visualization solutions to market that give organizations the power to engage and visualize data, discover new customers, identify disruptive business models and drive transformational innovation. Based in Vancouver Canada, Ms. Landry has been with SAP for 11 years, through Crystal Decisions and Business Objects, with broad experience in product management and go-to-market strategies across direct and indirect channels. Prior to joining the company Jayne has 15 years of high-tech experience in applications, mobility and cloud, as well as industry experience in the telecommunications, manufacturing and tourism sectors. Jayne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland (NZ).
Kevin McCollom is the Global Solution Owner for SAP GRC and head of GRC Solution Management. He and his global team are responsible for market requirements roll-in and solution roll-out. In close collaboration with SAP GRC Product Development, his team is also globally responsible for general management of all SAP GRC solution aspects including solution strategy and roadmap. Mr. McCollom has held this role since 2011 and has been part of the SAP GRC management team since 2008.
Prior to assuming his role with SAP GRC, Mr. McCollom was responsible for developing SAP global automotive business strategy and directing its regional implementation in the Americas as a founding member of SAP’s Automotive Industry Business Unit, which he joined at its inception in 1997.

Mr. McCollom is also the former CEO and co-founder of Revenue Analytics Incorporated, a Michigan-based consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and consulting to health-care institutions. He holds his degree in Information Technology, Summa Cum Laude, from Walsh University.
Bruce McCuaig, CA, CIA, CCSA, CRMA, is Director, Solution Marketing for SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions.
Prior to joining SAP in 2011, Bruce was with another major GRC vendor where he filled a variety of roles, the last being Vice President Risk and Compliance. Bruce’s role in the solution side of the GRC business has been to bring professional perspective, develop thought leadership and to provide best practices to enable the effective implementation of Governance Risk and Compliance.
Bruce has extensive experience in industry as the chief auditor of a major oil and gas company and has held various executive positions in finance and accounting management.
As principal consultant and partner at a small global consultancy, Bruce spent a number of years consulting with and training clients around the world on risk and control self assessment, advanced auditing techniques, and on enterprise risk and control management practices. In that capacity. Bruce worked with a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors around the world.
Bruce has written, blogged, and spoken widely on GRC-related topics over the past 15 years and has written the module on GRC in a recently published textbook.
Bruce has served as Board Chair of a $130 million not for profit home health care organization where he had the opportunity to develop a board-level perspective on the oversight of GRC processes. Bruce also served as Treasurer, Audit Committee Chair, Finance Committee Chair, and Nominating Committee Chair for the organization.
Bruce graduated from the University of Windsor in Windsor Ontario with a B. Comm. (Honors Bus Admin.) and immediately proceeded to work for Ernst and Young in Toronto where he earned his Chartered Accountant designation. Bruce completed the Institute of Corporate Directors course at Toronto’s Rotman School of Business.

Juan Pablo is the CTO at Onapsis, leading the Research teams that keeps the company on the cutting-edge of the business-critical application security market. He is responsible for the design, research and development of Onapsis' innovative software solutions, and helps manage the development of new products as well as the SAP cyber-serurity research that has garnered critical acclaim for the Onapsis Research Labs. Simon is an experienced SAP Security and SAP GRC consultant, having designed, reviewed, and implemented SAP Security and compliance solutions for a number of major blue chip clients. Simon has over 10 years’ experience with SAP and currently specializes in SAP Enterprise GRC solutions. As well as working with SAP Access Controls, Process Controls, and Risk Management, Simon also has a specialization in the wider GRC & Security products of Fraud & Audit Management, Enterprise Threat & Detection and SSO. Simon is a certified SAP NetWeaver Consultant for SAP Security, GRC Access Controls, and a certified instructor for the SAP GRC Training courses in the UK. Simon is also a certified SAP Strategic Expert Partner for the GRC solution area and supports pre-sales activities on behalf of SAP. He has written articles for several industry publications and he is also a regular speaker at international GRC conferences. He is in demand for technical troubleshooting and supporting customers to unlocking the value from their investment in GRC technology. Simon has also co-authored a book on the SAP GRC Access Controls certification.
Paul is Team Lead of the GRC Digital Compliance Team EMEA and Senior GRC consultant with 9 years of SAP experience in the areas Governance, Risk, and Compliance GRC, Consulting, Training, and Architecture. He is specialized on SAP Risk Management, SAP Process Control and Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM), CCM on HANA and CCM 2.0 (Smart Controls). Paul has run several consulting and implementation projects for national and internal Fortune Global 500 Companies as project manager, work stream lead as well as technical or solution consultant. He also serves as an experienced trainer for SAP trainings.

Jérôme Pugnet is a Senior Director of Product Marketing for SAP GRC Solutions and has over 11 years of experience in Risk and Compliance Management, Business Process Control, IT Governance, and Audit and Fraud Management domains, in particular in the Financial Services industry. He has over 15 years of previous experience on financial software and ERPs, in implementation engagements, and pre-sales advisory roles.
Mick Roche is Deloitte’s EMEA lead for GRC and responsible for Deloitte’s UK SAP GRC practice. He has over 15 years SAP experience on global implementations, GRC and Analytics. Deloitte have merged the capabilities of Controls and Analytics and use these capabilities as to ‘detect the cause’ and ‘fix the effect’ of control weaknesses. Currently the Deloitte team are delivering GRC Access Control or Process Control Transformation projects at 8 FTSE 100 clients.
James Roeske is CEO and co-founder of the Customer Advisory Group LLC. James has over 22 years of SAP Security, Audit, GRC, and Executive Management experience. Over those years, James has had a professional focus on technical configuration of SAP R/3 Security, segregation of duty design, user provisioning solutions, GRC software solution design, and corporate compliance implementations for companies around the world. Previous to founding the Customer Advisory Group, Mr. Roeske held strategic positions at Virsa Systems, SAP America, and SAP Canada. This has allowed him to lead, plan, and participate in over 220 SAP GRC and Security projects for some of the largest and most complex compliance environments across the globe.
Jose is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s SAP risk and controls team specialised in control transformation programs and GRC implementations. He has a proven track record of over 10 years working in control advisory and assurance engagements around SAP security and business processes for a wide number of global accounts from different industries (i.e. consumer products, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, mining and financial services). During the last 5 years he has led multiple end-to-end SAP GRC implementations which integrated different tools such as Access Controls, Process Controls and / or Risk Management.
Robert Schiffner is a Senior Manager in PwC Switzerland’s SAP practice. He has helped companies design and execute effective business transformation programs from strategy development through go live, manage risk and quality, improve performance, and realize value from SAP investments for more than sixteen years. Robert combines functional expertise in both operations and finance with experience across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals/life sciences, healthcare, food and beverage production, industrial and consumer products, high-tech, telecom, and utilities. He also serves as an experienced instructor for SAP training.
Dina Shahin has more than 17 years of experience specializing in SAP security application design, security implementation, Segregation of Duties design, SAP GRC application implementation, and audit. She has worked on global scale SAP implementations and has extensive experience in planning, implementing, training, and administering SAP GRC applications. Dina is a hands-on functional SAP security specialist, ensuring the design and development of appropriate security and controls in both public and private sector companies around the world. Dina has over 60 engagements in a wide-range of organization sizes and industries. She is based in Germany.
Susan Stapleton, Vice President of the Customer Advisory office, joined Greenlight in 2010 with over 15 years of related industry experience. Susan has published numerous best practices for implementations and has been personally involved in over 160 customer implementations of Governance Risk and Compliance Solutions. She was also instrumental in driving the successful launching of the Virsa Systems portfolio of products which were acquired by SAP in 2006.

She worked seven years in the consulting area as Senior SAP Auditor and Senior SAP Consultant with clients from multiple industries, five years as Global SAP Security and Compliance Architect for a world-wide leading manufacturing company, headed the EMEA GRC Practice for 3 years, and joined SAP SE in 2015 as Vice President for Global GRC.
